How do plural possessive proper nouns work?

For example:

Ray and I both provided input on a document and when telling my boss, I want to specify which colleague helped me. So I can't say: Here is the document based on OUR input.

So what is it?

Here is the document based on Ray's and my input.

Here is the document based on Ray and me's input.

Something else?
