whom would I contact?

I know of two women who have had BY-PASS surgery on the taxpayers backs (Public Aid). neither of the two had diabetes, high blood pressure etc. So far, one of the two has had a tummy tuck after losing all the weight (again on taxpayer money). MY WIFE...who had High blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol had the surgery as well. Difference is my wife had to jump through hoops and wait over 2 years before her insurance would approve (she happens to work for a living)...after losing the weight (and losing her diabetes, high blood pressure etc.) she was was DENIED the tummy tuck to remove all the hanging skin. Insurance said NO.

Who would I contact to complain about this (public aid, our tax dollars etc.) ??

I'd pay for the tummy tuck and say, "you're welcome" to the two ladies.

By-pass surgery is not cosmetic and excess, overlapping skin is a good source of infection.

My guess is the other women had serious conditions. At least, I hope so.
