It is normal. I am 25 weeks now and sometimes I swear she is going to fall out she is so low! And the low blows and kicks can be really uncomfortable!

The low back pain is normal too but not severe. maybe baby is on a nerve? That could explain the leg pain too!

Well I know you think it was movements you felt but it wasn't. You can't feel the baby move until at LEAST week 16 but usually 18-20. It's just too small and too weak to make any noticeable movements.

The baby is ALWAYS low until about week 20-22. Until week 12-14 it's still behind your pelvic bone. Even at 19/20 week ultrasounds they'll tell you that the baby is still below your belly button. It only starts moving up more around the 2nd 1/2 of your pregnancy as it grows.

Also, that has nothing to do with your current back pains. And yes, those pains/spasms are all normal. Try putting a pillow between your legs when you sleep. Or check out pregnancy pillows. I haven't used one but I've heard people speak very highly of them. They are usually wedge-like and supposedly help with these pains. But yes, they are normal and they will last until birth now unfortunately.

    Good luck!

I don't think its because its low I think its because when it moves down low it kicks down by the opening of the cervix and that's why it feel like that in the vagina I feel the same way and I am 20 weeks and when she kicks down there it feels weird in my vagina allso onnly I have nem feeling this since 3 weeks ago and I was kust tellign my bf about this not long aggo!
