Vitamin E Ointment - Good Or Bad For Acne?
So here's the deal; its not just acne I've got goin on, my face is fine, but the dreaded backne and some chestne - ugh.
I have very oily skin but it still tends to get over dried when using a medicated wash and applying acne cream, so I just wash my back once with regular body wash and then with my face wash, which is just an oil free, non-medicated wash, to remove excess oil.
After my shower I lightly dry myself off but leave my skin damp and apply a few dabs of a 10% benzoyl peroxide cream on my chest and back and rub it in. Although it has the benzoyl peroxide in it, I worry I'll clog my pores if i apply it directly, so instead I leave my skin damp to dilute it and to help apply it evenly.
So that's my routine. I've noticed though, that when I do have any sort of outbreak, it takes at least a week to heal, if not longer. Whereas on my face, it only takes a few days. I'm not sure if this is normal. So, tonight I just started applying vitamin E ointment to my outbreaks, AFTER the outbreak, to hasten the healing process. My question is this;
Is the vitamin E ointment applied on top of the acne cream going to be too much for my skin to handle? I know it won't dry out, but could this cause my pores to become clogged and cause a second wave of outbreaks? I'm not sure. I could wait and see but I thought I'd try my luck getting an answer on here.
Anyways, even if you cannot answer this question, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

it surely works,and U can try these as well:
Step 1
One of the most popular home remedies is to put toothpaste on your pimple before you go to bed .Make sure it is the paste and not the gel.
Step 2
Place strawberry leaves on the acne ,the alkalinity helps reduce the swelling.
Step 3
These are one of the smellier home remedies for getting rid of a pimple overnight.Crush a couple of garlic cloves and dabbed on the face 1-2 times daily.
Step 4
Grind orange peel with some water to a paste and apply on the pimple.Your pimple should disappear overnight or become less visible.
Step 5
Mix 1 teaspoon of finely ground cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and apply to your pimples frequently this should also do the trick.
Step 6
Put ice on the pimple before going to bed ,by morning it should be noticeably smaller.This works best on larger pimples that have not yet formed a head.
Step 7
Mix mint juice with turmeric powder and apply on affected area.Leave for about 15 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.
Step 8
Combine together in a bowl some vinegar and salt in a bowl,dab this mixture on your pimples ,leave for about 15-20 minutes and the rinse off.
Step 9
Grind some nutmeg with milk and apply to affected area,this will make your pimples vanish without leaving any marks.Poof and it is gone.
Step 10
Apply juice of raw papaya including the skin and seed on swelling acne to get rid of overnight.
Step 11
Apply the pulp from ripe tomatoes on your blemish and leave for a hour,then wash and get rid of your pimple overnight.
Step 12
Apply grated potatoes on the skin to treat pimples and reduce swelling.
Step 13
Follow any one of the instructions above ,I am sure one will work for you and good luck.You going to need it because some pimples are very stubborn.
Tea Tree Oil
Tea Tree Oil is obtained from the Melaleuca alternifoliais tree from Australia. It is very effective against Acne as it contains bacteria-fighting substances called Terpenes. Acne is often caused by bacteria and the Terpenes either outright kill them or weaken them enough to be destroyed by protective antibodies. There are very little side effects from using Tea Tree Oil.
Aloe Vera

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
