1st Time Home Buyers Incentive, 2009.....?
Ok so we purchased our first house this past fall & we applied for the incentive tax plan. Im trying to figure out when we will receive our check. I know I was told 3-4 months but I was wondering if anyone could give me a link that I can track where mine is? Or approximatly when I will be getting it.....website, link even a ph # . Ive had non luck at all everyone where Ive looked. Thanks.

For refund it can easily take 4 months. Did you attach copy of the recorded deed or a copy of the HUD-1 or RESPA settlement sheet as proof.

There is no way to track these and most are taking 3-6 months my son had to wait six months for his last year.
