I need help translating some Japanese!?

I'm translating a song from Japanese to English, and I'm stuck on these lines:

此所へ戻る事が約束なら (koko e modoru koto ga yakusoku nara)

and

此所へ戻る事は容易くない (koko e modoru koto wa tayasui kunai)

Just to clarify, they don't go right after each other. I just thought I should translate them together since they're so similar. I know "koko e modoru" is something like "to return to this place", but everything else eludes me. Would appreciate a good translation ASAP!

If (you) make a promise to return here.

此所へ戻る事は容易くない (koko e modoru koto wa tayasui kunai)

Returning here is not an easy thing to do.

If you promise to return back to here

It's not simple to return back to here
