Popping in lower spine and back after an injury. What causes that?

Fell on the cement 2 weeks ago. I went to urgent care. They said there was a lot of swelling but thought it was siatica. (no mri was done) Now in my spine it popps all the time and it still hurts down my left leg and into my foot(from my buttocks) Anyone know why that could be?

This is normal. When your spine is under a lot of stress like being hunched over for long periods of time it can shift a little and when you stand back up it moves back into place. It also can build up latic acid which is a waste produce from your cells. When you stand up the acid is released and it causes the pop.
