how to eat healthier?
im 16 and a male and want to start eating healthier. im not fat or trying to lose weight. if any im trying to put on a few. im about 5 9 and 153. i want to get off the mcdonalds, wendys, and burger king. i also want to get off the doritoes, oreos, etc. now its easy to say all this, but my problem is how do i replace them. what snacks can i replace chips and cookies with, and what dinner meals can i replace mcdonalds with? i want meals where ill be able to keep my meats. thanks for all answers and suggestions.

Don't buy unhealthy food :)
Seriously, if there is nuttin unhealthy to eat at home then you have no choice but to eat healthy!

Wal-mart usually has chicken meat on sale, so you can learn how to cook (cook, not deep fry) chicken and use it as a replacement for McDonald's while still getting meat. Search recipe websites and you will find many recipes to make chicken healthy and taste decent.
For oreos and such, you may like animal crackers. They are lower in calories and a bit more healthier while still allowing you to crunch on something. After that you could also try using celery and other vegetables to munch on.
