are rates at usaa better for officers?

I have had usaa for 4 years now as an enllistee, and i have a good record with them. When I commission, will my rates go up/down (whichever is better for the respective product)? If yes, substantially? thx

No, your rank has nothing to do with your rates while banking with USAA.

No, it will have no effect. Officers are no different than enlisted folks. They look at your credit score to determine risk, and that is about it.
