Why are some people unable to make their own decisions?
Why do they hide behind things - the bible for instance.
They quote other people words.
They quote from the bible - they do not have Original thoughts.
God gave us our own minds - why are so many people afraid to use it.

I am actually a very happy person. Probably spend a little to much time here, but I have been on holiday for a week, am back to work next week - to a job I love - you won't here from me so much then.
I am just curious about people. That's all, not in the slightest bit depressed. My life is good and sometimes I wonder why some people seem to have more than their fair share of cr*ap in their lives. Just seems a bit unfair. Being happy does not mean that you stop being concerned for other people.

The soles you are talking about are tortured because they are on the bottom of your footwear.
Souls being spiritual are a part of people. All societies have problems with people who cannot make decisions regarding themselves or their form of government. People are afraid of things. Hiding behind a bible or koran would be impossible unless the book was larger than the person. I am using my words to answer your question, therefore this question is mute. When my wife asks me what I want for breakfast, I can assure you I do not run for my bible to answer her. I answer her question simply, my original thought. I use my mind by answering negative questions like yours. If you are sad about this, you should see a psychologist. You may be suffering from depression.

Look- if I want to hide my ripped, torn soles behind my bible- or any other book for that matter- its my bussiness. I bought new shoes last week, I just can't bring myself to get rid of the old ones.
I don't call them tortured, they have had good, long lives and provided me with alot of walking!
But you may be right about my not using my mind or quoting people too much.
It's a little sad, I agree.

yes i do agree. its seems to be the run of things. i mean now in govt they are having hard time seeing what is going on and yet no one is thinking clearly i wonder why. the brain is a useful thing if used but then again its not used much is it for this side view. why people hide behind the bible i am not sure but all are loking for someone to believe in and this is where they are going.

You speak of God who gave us minds, yet you do not BELIEVE what He has to say in His Word? You are right..He gave you a great mind to know and love Him and know that unless you have a relationship with Jesus Christ and follow Him, you will be separated from Him in eternity! So USE that God given mind!
