serious, its a drug, and contagious, and what happened to all the effort to keep drugs out of our community?

No - it should not be legalized. It is a drug that buggers up your brain cells and only shows up in your thirties and forties. Then you wonder why you can't keep up with the kids, mentally and physically. If they had known many years ago what they know now, booze and cigarettes would also have been illegal.

Yes, legalizing marijuana doesnt mean teens are going to be legally allowed to smoke marijuana without any punishment, it is just strictly for medical prescriptions. and im sure hospitals arent going to get their marijuana off the streets from local drug dealers..

Yes. Too many people are being incarcerated and our tax dollars are going to prosecution of users. Marijuana has less negative side effects than alcohol, it should be controlled like alcohol.

lol @ the arguments saying it should be controled like alcohol, you cant grow alcohol in your backyard.. Marijuana is a little more challenging to control :S

not really. The roads are not safe as it is, we don;t need another person driving on the road smoking some weed threatening safe drivers and children.
