What stores sell this kind of outfit? (For a 15s)?

Question

I'm looking for a store that sells the white outfits that girls wear for their fifteen pictures at the beach. It's usually like white pants or a white short skirt, with a top that shows the stomach. I don't know where to start looking for that. Any ideas? Thanks :)

You can look at all the main chain stores: Aeropostale, Hollister, A&F. Look during the summer months or even the spring. Any of these stores should have those. Also try Gilly Hicks. x)
