Should I take a pregnancy test now or later?

Although many pregnancy tests advertise early detection, the accuracy is suspect. For best accuracy, you should wait until one week after your missed period to perform the test. In this case that means the 13th.

You should do it after the sixth if you have not gotten your period around the expected date wait a day or two as stress can sometimes make your period come late sometimes which has happen to me. If you spot pinkish brownish looking blood in your pantys and through out the day it has not gotten heavier or continues this way for another day it is implantation bleeding this is were the fertilized egg has planted it's self into your uterus to continue growing. That means you are pregnant but to be sure take a test its best you get one will at least three in a box cuz one will not be good enough trust me. after a day or two that u missed you period take one test. If it comes out positive it will most like come instantly. If this is the case wait 4 hours until you pee again this way the hormones that are created when u are pregnant can build up so when u take the second test it will show more so weather u are or not.If its a negative do the same take the second test. if both turn out to be negative umost likee are not. Now wait a few day maybe two or three more if you have still not gottin your period take the test in the morning if u already went that morning do the 4 hours then test. BY THE WAY an easier method of doing s pregnancy test would be to pee in a cup rather than pee on the testing strip and pee on your hand its cleaner and that way u get a good saturation on the strip. I would take one on March 1. The test will show if you are pregnant 5 days before your missed period. If the test comes out negative. I would take another after the 6th, just to verify.
