what is the new balloon birth control for people who's tubes are coming untied?

It is called a uterine balloon ablation and it is permanent birth control. It effectively destroys the lining of the uterus so no embryo can implant. Additionally it stops menstrual cycles. I have two family members who have opted to have it done.
