I have problems with my USB ports?

I have a problem with my USB ports. A USB flash can not work on them! But keyboard, game pads, and other things work. Why cant USB flash work on them?

Update:

@cdabexx, its not only 1 flash drive. All the flash drives i have tried dont work on it!

    Maybe your flash drive is faulty.

    would desire to be lifeless yet make constructive your drivers are as much as date. click start up left click my computer pass to administration pass to gadget supervisor then familiar serial buss controllers and notice ho many usb ports are listed in there if there's one million or so lacking its lifeless.
