You have a weak battery or the starter is bad ,,try jumping the car off with another vehicle to see if it will start up,if it does you need to have the battery & alternator checked out ,usually any auto parts store will check them for you , just drive the car up they .

Your battery is most likely bad, I would start by getting a new battery. I'd also look into having your alternator checked. Its quite possible its no longer charging the battery.

Before spending money clean battery terminals put battery on charge for 72 hours then try to start car if no joy then its the battery,good luck.
