I woke up this morning and my back was a little sore. I went to work out and I was doing box jumps and I hurt?

it. Then it was hurting to bend over and turn my head. Does anyone know what happened?

    You could have just slept on it wrong. Take some Tylenol or Advil and see if it still hurts bad tomorrow, if it does, call your doctor.
