Why does some people gives Asian some funny look..?

It depends what kind of Asian... Like, in Singapore, they're supposed to be learning proper english (and english IS the official language here)... but a lot kind of fail at it... not to be rude or anything. They speak Singlish instead (mostly english with words from all different languages mixed in and a very heavy accent) . I think THEY even realize their grammar isn't the best, lah :P or, it's not "proper english".

but anyways, any one who's first language isn't english and who learned English as a second language when they were older is not likely to speak proper english or will speak it with a heavy accent. NOT just Asians.

No actually our english to real english people is DISGUSTING we changed a whole language and made it out own...........the broke it down country midwest up north west coast style no one is correct but the original creators

I think it's because of their accents, and how they pronounce it. how they cant say "r" or "ch" sound.
