321.86 km/h = 321,860 m/hr
321,860 / 3600 = 89.4 m / sec
You travel 89.4 m or 293.32 feet each second

Use this piece of information: There are 3600 seconds in an hour. So if you are traveling at 200 miles (per hour), then...?
Divide 200 by 3600 (or 321.86 by 3600)

200 miles / 1 hour * 1 hour / 3600 seconds = 0.0556 miles/second. So in 1 second, 0.0556 miles. If you want other units, you will have to calculate them yourself.
