Hi Mercury,
Because Answers is such a big site, we need to make the change gradually. We are gradually increasing the size of the community who see this new version, so if you don't see it over the weekend, you should be seeing it by early next week. In the meantime though, please have a read of the blog:

It already has...it's just that it'll take the change sometime to appear everywhere, but as you might have already noticed, those changes sometimes appear when you refresh the page.

People need renovations now and then.
Its a way of attracting more people to yahoo.
