finding friends via your email?
do they send a request to everyone or just the one you click?
if they send it to everyone how do you cancel the request to the others

First: No, they have to send each person a request. They can't send requests to everyone at a time. That's impossible to do that.
Second: Go to your friend request list and click "Reject" button below the request.
