All those (except maybe the heater - I'm not sure about it) are controlled by the Body Control Module. The easiest way to reset that is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes. The radio does not need a security code but after disconnecting the battery the BCM may need to re-learn the ignition key. See the first source for the procedure if the car does not start afterward but flashes the Theft Warning light. I recommend repeating the procedure with each spare key. You will want to remember this procedure for future reference, for when the battery has to be disconnected next time.

With luck the BCM reset will be all you need.

Well when doing electrical work, if you don't take off one or both terminals of the battery, you could easily screw up electronics internally. Hopefully thats not the problem.

I'm assuming you've already checked both fuse boxes.

Need to take the vehicle to the Car Dealership and reset the ECM, and reset all the codes to factory specs for the vehicle.

    what's a bmi?

what do u mean ignition? cylinder? as in with key?

maybe they installed in wrong or screwed up a wire so his accesories are not getting the "on" feed. or the fuses popped.
