The Vietcong have been Communist guerrillas from South Vietnam backed through the U.S., and the Americana's interference made the North Vietnamese lean on them. hence the infighting between the North and South which became totally created through the individuals who have been Communist baiters which began the combat. besides it fairly is historic past now.

Most were from the North. However some units were largely Chinese with a mixture of Cambodian and Laotian thrown in the mix.
