I would suggest taking a shower to wash it off.

Several choices. #1) Apply lotion and wipe off. It will act as a protective agent while removing the harmful chemicals. #2) Veg oil will work the same principle as lotion, only it dries out the skin a little after skin penetration. #3) White vinegar's acidity seeps out the chemical and discoloration, but also tends to leave skin dry. #4) Alcohol-peroxide combo removes discoloration and chemical irritation or rash without harming skin; just purifies it (just a capful / teaspoon of each mixed), then top skin with "E" oil pills (prick one with a pin and allow oil to ooze onto affected area). #5) Toothpaste is a great minimizer to chemicals on the skin and no back up protectorant needed. #6) Vaseline is the simplest and supplies two apps in one; removes chemical harm and protects at the same time. #7) Delicate skin types should use milk or lemon juice. You choose. Keep in mind your skin delicacy. Not all skin types can be treated the same...Good luck!

Soap and water with light scrubbing with a washcloth. It is no big deal.. it won't harm you. I get it on myself all the time, I just don't keep looking at in in black light.

Sounds like chicken pox or shingles.
