How can i lose weight for a 13 year old?
I am a 13 yr. that weight about 180 (that is big!) n I am 5'5 but it those not notice that I am fat at all, but I am, for the past few years I try my best n hardest to lose weight but it never succeeds,I go run a mile at school I go to the park n i eat right but i can never lose weight I DON'T STARVE myself i am very active i have been in sports non-stop for the past 3yrs. i just need help plz no things that i have to order food or join programs online,n i just wish to go shopping for new clothes n all that fun stuff but i don't think that is never going to happen.PLZ HELP!

There are natural supplements that can boost your metabolism, but don't use diet pills. They aren't healthy for you.
Definately don't under-eat because your body will think it's starving and retain every bit of energy it can and store it as fat.
Your best bet would be to go to a doctor because if you are really doing what you say you're doing you should be losing weight assuming you're eating healthy. You could have a health problem.
Some people just can't lose weight. If this is the case for you you will have to accept yourself. I know no one wants to hear that answer but it's true; some people just maintain a certain weight that happens to be heavier than others. There are methods you can use such as cognitive therapy to achieve self acceptance and a therapist can help.

girl i know the feeling see im not fat either but im not exactly skinny. u could do something crazy and dont eat or do the right thing and keep off the pounds by staying healthy. but if u really want to ill give u some advice. eat a big breakfast and a smaller lunch and a smaller dinner, never fully get filled if ur still hungry drink lots of water. exercise at least once a day for 30 min and u will see results. there are some supplements you can take to help speed up your metabolism too. im doing it and so far its working. best of luck

start running. that's what i used to do and i was fatty at age 13.
just run alot. Then you can even eat alot because your metabolism and you wil still be slim.
