The only thing that Phyto Estrogens will do to you beside drain your bank account, is possible liver damage.
Hormones are not candy, they are not recreational drugs, they are not womanhood in a bottle. So, in the traditional warning: "Don't try this at home!" You could kill yourself.

I would be careful if I was you did you go to a Doctor? If not self prescribing hormones can be very dangerous "liver or kidney failure" I would stop and think twice if you are self medicating
