It's normal. I miscarried in October at 10 weeks and 2 months later I was pregnant again. I'm now 11 1/2 weeks into the second pregnancy and I constantly worry. Even when I pass my first trimester I know I'll still worry, I'll probably worry until I have the baby.
Just try and not worry to the point you get yourself too worked up. Just keep hoping the miscarriage might have happened because THIS was the right time for you to carry a baby.
Good Luck hun.

i'm sorry for your lose
but this one doesn't have to end in miscarriage
kind of put yourself on bed rest in a way
don't lift heavy objects don't over exhaust yourself
eat lots of fruits and veggies
take your prenatal every day
relax as much as you can
my cousin had 2 miscarriages in 6 months
she is now 5 months pregnant and doing great they found it is a boy
she has just taken it easy for now and that helped
also talking about her fears really helped her anxiety
good luck and congrats

Try not to worry about it, a lot of people miscarriage on the first pregnant, but they all right on there second one.

I've heard people say that lots of women miscarry their first pregnancy because their body just wasn't quite ready to handle it. This may be true of your case as well! Think of the first pregnancy as paving the way for your wonderful second pregnancy (nausea and heartburn aside).

Think positive! Im sure its hard, especially after going through something like that but if you think positive it should be okay! Good luck!
