Has Anyone booked a hotel at Disney World Florida through Priceline.com?

Im looking to book my hotel through Priceline.com, and was wondering if anyone else has gotten a hotel through the website, and what hotel they got and how much they paid.

I have had much success using Priceline.com in the past.

Update:

It's just me and my husband (we're both 25+) going to Disney World (and area).

Food wise, we plan on buying groceries (from a local grocery store like Target or Walmart), and packing snacks & sandwiches(like we did 2 years ago to Disney land).

We have scored awesome deals on hotels with priceline.com

like Instead paying $160 for one of our rooms,we paid $45.

Priceline.com gives the option of booking a hotel within DisneyWorld.

I do not want to be paying more then $75 for a hotel, and I have confidence with Priceline.com, but I would like to hear from someone who has booked a DisneyWorld hotel through Priceline.com

You can sometimes get cheaper through priceline, orbitz, expedia, etc, etc, etc but in all honesty I would not go that route. Mainly because most of those sites do not allow you to book a meal plan which I HIGHLY suggest.

We went last year and I am currently booking another trip there in a few months. What we are doing though is just booking hotel, tickets and food through disney then air through one of the other sites, it is slightly cheaper but depending on where you are flying from not by much.

I would make hotel reservations through disney and not one of those sites.

Enjoy your trip and if you have questions please ask.

Again though I HIGHLY suggest the meal plan. It seems expensive but it in the long run saves a poop load of money. For example it worked out to about $80 a day total for us but we were eating probably a good $100-120 a day in food. We did one snack, one quick serve and one sit down and it was well worth it.

If you are going to stay at a disney resort, only book with disney. priceline will not get you a better deal on the resort.

disney will always be there for your reservation help and with any problems you run into.
