Sony Bravias have always given me the perfect picture when using it as a computer monitor.
I've upgraded over the years in size to my current 52-inch Bravia: http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f347/armchairavi...
As you can see in the photo, the colors are beautiful, the image is razor-sharp and fits edge-to-edge perfectly, running 1920x1080 resolution over a DVI-to-HDMI connection.
Previously I had used my computer with a 36-inch Bravia (1366x768 native resolution), and a 40-inch 1080p Bravia (1920x1080 resolution). My current 52-inch is also 1080p.
My next upgrade would be an HDTV that can receive a 120Hz video signal over HDMI so I can use nVidia's 3DVision glasses with it.

If your going with a 32" to 37" 1080p HDTV, Go with a Vizio. I got mine at costco with such a good deal. To me, the visual looks better then my samsung 46" 60hz 1080 HDTV.
