Is there a such thing as body concealer?
My legs would be okay to show to the world but I have scars galore and stretch marks. Is there like some kind of way to cover up these things (without having to wear jeans, summer is approaching). I just want to be able to go outside in shorts and not worry about everyone staring at my bruised legs, it would be traumatizing.

I use a lot of Lush; they are totally awesome, if a bit expensive. But they're very vegan friendly and have some good products. Some other good companies: Nature's Gate, Kiss My Face, J/A/S/O/N. I have toothpaste and mouthwash from the Natural Dentist. I use makeup from Urban Decay, Zuzu Luxe, Beauty Without Cruelty. Josie Maran has some nice vegan lip stains. If you're at Sephora or any place where Urban Decay is sold, their vegan items are marked with a little paw icon (and you can click a link on their site for vegan items).

I recommend investing in some bio-oil and applying it every day.
It's quite expensive, but makes scars and stretch marks fade really well.
My aunt had to have a facial melanoma removed a few months ago and the scar is now barely noticeable because of it.
And also invest in nude coloured tights, they could help reduce the visibility of them and are perfect for summer wear as they are very thin :)

In some sections of pharmacies and other places that sell beauty products there are products that will gradually overtime conceal scars and stretch marks. Its just a daily cream you put on.

You know what i tried a bronzer. it comes in like a lotion form but don't get it on your clothes it will stain them. or try the spray on panty hose for your legs i hope that helps a little. I used the one made by nivea.
but you can probably find others that will work well :)

you can get creams and stuff to cover stretch marks and to help and make scars go away, but i dont think there is anything for bruises though....
