    Fundamentalist Christianity vs. everyone else.

    And I'm not joking.

Early Christians to America openly challenged Native American Shamanism, suppressing their rights and even committing genocide to supplant their world view on "their" new land.

Not to mention the murder and attempted slaughter of people who were accused of being Witches and pagans. Many of which were not what they were accused of.

During the immigration of Jews to the US, their rights were limited, some denied as they moved into new neighborhoods and tried to begin new lives.

During the 60s the sudden increase in Eastern philosophy and religion stepped into the US. Again the conservative and fundamentalist Christians raised their hand and condemned a new religious movement simply because it was different from their own.

These same 'ruling' class of Christians attacked any pagan type of belief system and still do today. Calling it everything but what it really is, and accusing pagans of being immoral, devil worshiping baby killers. Simply because they've seen too much TV or too many movies.

The conflict continues with these other religions. Though some have learned to tolerate Native American Shamanism, Hebrew, Buddhism and Hinduism, there is still a call to arms against other pagan religions which has only been over shadowed by the increase in condemnation of Muslims and Islamic religions.

While some of these other religions have had conflicts amongst themselves, they have been small and quiet in comparison to the openly blatant attacks of Fundamental and Conservative Christians.

Native people and christians were the first religious clash in the early US. The christians went to far as to remove NA children from their homes and forcibly hold them in christian schools until they stopped speaking their native language and gave up their religious traditions.

All of them. Conflict is normal. Even happily married couples experience conflict in their relationship at times.

Years ago it was the Catholics and Lutherans. Parents forbid the Lutherans to marry a Catholic. Now it is not so bad. They seem to be more leniant.

Atheists are purveyors of a wicked plot

"Six things there are, which the Lord hateth, and the seventh His soul detesteth: haughty eyes, A LYING TONGUE, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that deviseth wicked plots, feet that are swift to run into mischief, A DECEITFUL WITNESS THAT UTTERETH LIES, AND HIM THAT SOWETH DISCORD AMONG BRETHREN."
