confused about taxs in alberta canada?
ok we live common law, he has kids, i have kids. is there any possible way to claim our taxs as single or do we have to claim as common law??

There are some income tax benefits for those who are married, and the Income Tax Act treats spouses and common-law partners the same way. So I would claim as common-law, if I were you.
