who sings the song "takes time to love" trey songz or chris brown?

i heard both of them singing the same exact song, same words same melody same everything. but trey has a video to the song, so im wondering did chris steal the song from trey or is it the other way around

    Actually Its A Orignal Chris Brown Song !!! And Trey Songz was just singing it...and There is Not A Video For That Song btw I think They should just Sing The Song 2gether They Both Sound Great
