If you are shipped something you didn't order, you are under no obligation to return it. Even if you ordered nothing and it is shipped to you, you are not required to return it or pay for it.

However, I can't imagine you really mail ordered kitty litter.

I once was shipped an expensive item by mistake and tried to correct it. But after 3 frustrating tries (one was a call to a chap in India) and being reassured finally that it would be collected, nothing happened. So I just kept it. One has only limited time in between shows. On a different occasion, I was sent an item twice, so I told them and they collected the duplicate. If your conscience troubles you, do it, but they may just tell you to keep it as the bother could cost them more.

seek for suggestion out of your interior of sight crb for suggestion, yet i could have theory that once 14 days the item is legally yours. the clarification i say 14 days is that by way of fact thas your cooling off era during which era you are able to ask the corporate to assemble the item and afer which you may desire to be ale to what you like with it.

it would be the honest thing to do. i dont know your laws but here in the US you have no legal obligation to do so. if they gave you the wrong bag and charged you less for something that should be more, then you are stealing money in my opinion.

Legally, you do not have to inform them (this is US law.) However, it would certainly be very nice.
