Just how bad does SPD feel?
I have SPD and until now it was just some pain in my groin and around my hips. Tonight it is hurting a lot more, quite intense around the hips and an ache around by abdomen. Any advice from women that have had or do have SPD will help.

it hurt pretty bad if i did the wrong thing. Days where getting in and out of cars happened a lot it would be much worse at night.
If i rolled over wrong it would hurt, if i spread my legs wrong etc. Ow. like my leg was going to break off.
Just try to remember it ALL the time. whatever you're doing, keep your legs together, don't push yourself. I had a body pillow at night for between my legs, relieved the pressure a little bit.
Sometimes i even took paracetamol to lessen the pain.
