You need 2543 calories daily in order to maintain your weight. For your second question, you'll just gain muscle and keep the fat. The only way you'll lose fat is if you lower your caloric intake.
Side Note: On the calculator I put that you exercise 3 days a week.

good you want a detailed quantity of energy in step with day on your frame to simply do its ordinary services, like respiring. So i woudlnt advocate consuming simply a thousand thats very low. Try to get a bit recreation in daily, or three occasions every week on the gymnasium or some thing, you can drop some weight a lot quicker by means of consuming more fit and figuring out a bit, then simply slicing energy. Also should you consume too little, your frame will move into hunger mode and you'll honestly begin turning the whole thing your consuming straight into fats when you consider that your frame is storing any meals for later intent its now not definite whilst you'll consume once more. So, consuming that little can positioned you in hunger mode on the way to honestly do the reverse of what you wish. Exercise additionally releases endorphins which make you comfortable, and who doesnt wanna be comfortable!?

It isn't a certain number!
To not lose or gain weight you simply have to burn off as much as you consume!
E.g if you ate 1,500 calories then you have to burn off that many!
