I live in South Texas where we have an abundance of both coyotes and rodeos.

Coyote = kie YO tee

Rodeo = ROH dee yo (common pronunciation), roh DAY yo (correct pronunciation of the Spanish word)

Traditional rodeos include horse riding, bull riding and other activities associated with cattle or horse ranching.
