I keep having nightmares about my late grandmother.?

My grandma passed away just recently

in November. We had a good relationship and I saw her often. She lived

like one mile away from me so we visited frequently. Anyway, she passed away in November and since then I keep having unpleasant dreams about her death. For example, one night I dreamt that my sister and I went to visit her grave and while we were there, zombies came out of nowhere and started to chase us. Another time, I dreamt that we were at the ceremony and she started

moving one leg. I looked up to see what was going on and she opened one eye. Some random guy closed her eye. Then her stomach started to move as if she were breathing. The random guy then said that those body movements were a

natural reaction to death. Is it normal for me to have nightmares about her death? I keep having them and wish they would stop- obviously I can't control what I dream

though.

It is very normal to this happen. Obviously you are missing her very much, and your subconscious mind is playing around with this scenario. Dreams are a very random way to help you cope with possible happenings during your waking life (such as running from a someone who is going to kill you) It wont necessarily happen to you, however it IS a possibility.

Try not to dwell on the thought of her death, and concentrate more on the times you had when she was alive. And the more you worry about having a nightmare, the more likely it will happen.

You can control your dreams. You're the one who made them up.Try to see what is bothering you. You often have dreams for a reason. Talk to your sister about it.

Go through your grandma's pictures. Think about all the good time you had with her. Dream is not real, so don't worry about it.
