What exactly goes to "heaven"?
Okay, so right now, I am Agnostic. I was raised methodist and went to a catholic school up until high school. I am asking a SERIOUS question here. Although I believe that no one really knows anything concerning a God, heaven, hell, etc...I would very much like to believe that there is a heaven. Perhaps it is because I am grieving. I attended my Aunt's funeral today and I am still saddened by her death. Throughout the day I remember the service and how the pastor said over and over again that we would see her again. Then I remembered that she was cremated after the funeral! So how would she be resurrected, if that's even true? I just don't find the possibility of a "soul" plausible, but if so, wouldn't that be the same as a ghost? See, with all these unanswered questions, how can I be anything BUT Agnostic!!!

Yeah, it is easy to see that you have a lot of good questions. Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of answers. However, I think if you keep reading you may find that you have a lot of answers.
Start with what you know. You know you loved your Aunt. You know that she loved you. You know that she was a good person. You know that even when you were away from her you could bring her close to you by thinking of her.
There is probably a lot more along these lines that you know. But, this is enough to get you started. These are thing you know. This means that none of these things requires any faith on your part. You know these things.
Now, take a look at what you would like to know. You would like to know if you will ever see your Aunt again. You would like to know if you could feel again as you used to feel when you were with her in life. You would like to know if she would be there to comfort you and console you in your time of need.
Hmmm. Do you already have the answers to these questions?
So, does it really matter whether there is a heaven or not? Does it really matter if we have a soul or not? Does it really matter if your Aunt is ‘someplace else’?
After all, you know exactly where you Aunt is, both physically and spiritually. You know you can ‘contact’ here whenever you wish. You know you can feel her ‘presence’ when you need her to be close.
You have a mission now. That mission is this: be what your Aunt was to you to someone else!

I'm sorry to hear about your aunt. Consider the definition of a soul- it is an individual in the Bible- <http://www.watchtower.org/e/bh/appendix_07.htm%3E- not something that separates from the body. After Solomon observed that the living know that they will die, he wrote: “As for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all.” He then enlarged on that basic truth by saying that the dead can neither love nor hate and that “there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in [the grave].” (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6, 10)
Yet we are promised that the meek shall inherit the earth.- Psalm 37:11

My Friend. You have written that you attend a Catholic school. I attend one also. I am sure you had religious instructions. You write like you still have a lot of doubt in the instructions you receive in school. To believe in the true word of God you must have the Holy Spirit of God within you. Since, you were raised as a prior Methodist I can assume that you do have some serious questions.
The entire universe and mankind; was created by God the Father. We were created in His image. Therefore, we are His children and He would love to have all of us in His Kingdom. Unfortunately, this world is the domain of Satan. He will try in his power to keep you and all of us, from God. Fortunately, God the Father gave us His Son to give us rules and commandments to live by, so that we can enter into the Kingdom of God. If we obey His rules and Commandments we will enter in the Kingdom.
We are all in the some boat. Hopefully, your aunt followed the rules and commandments of God. If you and all of us follow the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we will see your aunt again. Take care my friend.

I'm sorry for your loss. And it is a loss unfortunately. The reality is that you almost certainly will never see your aunt again. There is no heaven. It is why you should live everyday as if it were your last. This is what we have, the "here and now." Look on the bright side. Many are forever diseased with their religion, and as such the "here and now" has lost significant value to them. This is why there are suicide bombers, christians doing countdowns to the "end times", and religious people against environmental concerns. Earth is devalued. To them it is a horrible dirty filthy place that they can't wait to get away from and into heaven.

As I understand it, Jesus told us who would and who would not be accepted once Heaven is entered. Everyone goes, but only a few listened to him. All are resurrected no matter how they died, but only the redeemed are able to have peace with God, thanks to Jesus Christ.
Everyone can listen to whoever they want to, I choose to listen to Jesus Christ.
John 5
28 "Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice 29 and come out—those who have done good will rise to live, and those who have done evil will rise to be condemned."

The soul is what makes you you-your thoughts, feelings, desires etc.The soul did not just appear when you were born. It is a type of living energy which, according to Newton's second law of thermodynamics-can neither be created or destroyed. heave is the place where God lives. Only those who want to be with Him will live there with Him. He does not make anyone go there who does not want to. He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, into the world as a living sacrifice, a once and for all
atonement. It is not intellect that will open your eyes or any attempt to convince you-God must reveal Himself to you. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you if you dare. If you want to know the truth, it is there for the knowing.

God is infinitely powerful. He created the entire universe from NOTHING, so if you believe in that, wouldn't you think that he could incredibly easily 'conjure' your old body back from dust, ash, or whatever it had been turned into?
Except he's not going to actually, IIRC he's actually going to take our old bodies, and transfigure them like Jesus' body was at the top of the mountain. So all your body's ailments and imperfections will be gone when you get it back.

Basically all those who love God and keep his commandments.
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

All...some to the right side of God, some to the left side.
Luke 16.
When people die, they are NOT, NOT judged as they arrive. Judgement comes AFTER the 1,000 year reign of Christ on earth.
Rev 20

generally, people judge that those who they don't like will go to hell, and the people they DO like will go to heaven.
The real answer is nobody knows.
But think about this...is god really going to get upset because he's a champion hide-n-seek player?
