Enlist right out of high school and go to pararescue?

My heart is set on pararescue. Please dont tell me that its hard and extreme and all this stuff. I am aware of what i believe it takes. I have been training for the PAST and beyond that. But i am wondering if it is smart to enlist and attempt pararescue or have some military knowledge first. Im not worried about strenght, stamina, mentally strong and other aspects. Im wondering about military training? If most people enlist and after a couple years they go to pararescue. Is it unorthodox if i enlist right out of high school and try pararescue?

Yes you can enlist for para rescue right out of high school.

    Previous military experience is meaningless.

Most airmen in the PJ pipeline, came straight from Basic Training, not from cross training.

Well when I was in high school it was either Pararescue or the SEAL's program, I ended up doing the Navy and pursing my life as a SEAL. I can tell you it's the hardest thing you will ever do in your life, training wise, Pararescue is a little bit easier but it's still a Special Ops job... So don't say you have the strength or the stam, because they're going to prove you don't...

And of right now the USAF is not accepting anyone under College level of education ( Juniors up I believe it was). That's how full they're they limit entry till around May-June.

Anyways good luck, you can do it if, you're heart is really in it, if it's for the title, and the glory you'll be weaved out, and just be a ordinary person
