OK, editing my answer based on your new information, although that still doesn't help very much. The question seems to assume there's a "crisis" (i.e., immediately bad, and probably something new) of women's rights in the U.S. -- and while there are certainly current issues with violence, harrassment, legal rights, etc. for women, it's significantly less than in the past. I can't think of any current U.S. women's rights issue, frankly, that would be considered a "crisis." "Crisis" is best reserved for some of the truly horrific things in some other countries, like systemic gang violence against women in some parts of northern Mexico, female genital mutilation in some parts of Africa, and female infanticide in some parts of China.
Now, current ISSUES with U.S. women's rights would include things like:
- pay disparity (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equal_pay_for_women)
- declining access to abortion services
- lack of state and employer support for maternity and parental leave, compared to most other Western nations.
Some pro-choice advocates would consider the loss of access to abortion services (especially in rural areas) a health crisis (because as access to abortion services declines, dangerous "back-alley" abortions increase), but that's a very political issue and up to you whether it qualifies for what you're asking for.
