You could try your local fire company. I don't know how it works in larger cities, but in smaller towns with volunteer fire companies, they stay pretty busy pumping out basements after a flood. I'm pretty sure they wait till the rain stops and the water starts to go down first though. Otherwise it would be a losing battle.

Home Depot should have been open when you posted this question. Did you try calling them on the phone? someone called my store just before closing last night with the same problem and we told the man that IF he fot there within 15 minutes of closing that we would let him in which we did.
16 hours has passed since you posted this question so hopefully you found as solution by now.
Next time call the store and IF you can't get there in time ask them IF there is someone in the store that lives in your area. Maybe you could pay for a pump over the phone as a phone sale (you would have to use a Visa, Mastercard, or Home Depot account) and someone working at the store could meet you on their way home from work with the pump. Usually the employees leave the store about a half hour to an hour after closing depending on how busy the store is.

its already flooded, just wait until you can rent a pump.
tool rental places are open on weekends so tomorrow go rent a pump.
or borrow a wet/dry vacuum and just suck up the water.
you know the type ,those big noisy red vacuums with a big plastic container .
they will suck up all the water
or fix your pump , it might just be a corroded wire connection . that is prob the problem.

if you have a toilet in the basement just take the two bolts off and cock the toilet off the wax ring and the water will go down the drain
