Research paper help...please?
my paper is about racism in football and basketball. im talking about about the history of racism in sports, differences between black and white players and their physical structure, the breakdown by position and color. the problem is i cant think of a good title, or a thesis statement, so can you please help me out thanks

First, decide on the journal where you wish to publish. Look at the titles.
Give a bland descriptive, even unimaginative title: Racism in football and basketball. This is the first step.
By the time you complete your paper, a catchy title or attractive word play may flash . Even if it does not, a research paper would be judged by its findings.
General practice is to give a phrase first. Then put a colon and explain the phrase.
"Not playing ball: Racism in football and basketball in US during..." ...

I don't know much about sports in general so it would be difficult to give you a thesis statement without more information. However, for a title, how about a play on words.
For example, using the sport football, you could use the title "Passing the great divide."

I just did a paper on the invention and early stages of baseball, it was actually really fun and i was able to do my work because i am interested in baseball. I dont know if you are but thats just my idea. Ok maybe not fun, cuz it is a research paper. But it was the most fun topic I could think and it didnt get boring
