No it is horrible - they harvested skin and bones also. I just read an article about it, and I am not convinced the practice stopped in the 1990s. As wars and conflicts continue, the life of the enemy is more and more devalued.

Gosh, some people will believe anything printed or 'heard about'.

So think a little, organs that are harvested are done under sterile conditions, intact blood vessels are needed, they are removed surgically, not ripped out with bayonets in battlefield conditions.
