Tune Up for a 2002 Kia Rio?

Looking for the following information regarding a TuneUP for a 2002 Kia Rio.

- List of all the services done/parts replaced

- Place online to view enough of the details to see if it's something I could try to do myself

- If I take it somewhere to be done, what the approximate charge (parts & labor) is likely to be.

There's a maintenance schedule in the owner's manual I have, but it's no where close to detailed enough regarding some of the other info.

Update:

The car currently has roughly 155,000 miles on it.

I'm in California, and my car will need to be smogged before it's next registration.

    There are no such things as tuneups anymore. These days they are called services whether it's 30k , 60k, or 90k miles. If you have the tools, you can save big bucks. Dealerships charge an arm and a leg and most of the things they do are just inspections. Depending on the mileage: oil change, transmission fluid change, spark plugs, coolant flush, cabin air filter, engine air filter, fuel filter, tire rotation.

    If your manual is not specific enough, then go to a library that carries the "ALLDATA" data base. Any questions you may have about maintenance schedules, and how to fix things will be right there for you. You can make print-outs, if you need to. The big deal is to change your timing belt on time, the right way. Other things to learn about are how to keep your idle air control valve and throttle body + plate clean, since these things affect fuel mixture, O2 readings, and converter longevity. Also, get into the habit of using the PROPER SYNTHETIC OIL for your car!! Forget about cheap oil changes which only last for 3 months, if you are lucky. Modern engines need to run cleanly, INSIDE as well as OUTSIDE, in order to last, and provide the best power, and economy.

    Alternator might not be charging for the issue of battery failure. For the 10MPH issue is another one, might fuel or ignition issue. For 10years old engine, it might be lose compression now, but if the RPM is good, then clutch system is defective.
