In short, the answer is yes. See, the vast majority of drug tests do NOT test for oxycodone or hydromorphone (Dilaudid) individually. Instead, they all test for opioids in general. So if you took oxycodone or dilaudid, the test would be positive for painkillers. BUT cocaine and dilaudid would show separately because cocaine is an entirely different class of drug, and then PCP, cocaine, and dilaudid would show separately because all 3 are different types of drugs.

It takes about 3 days, at most 4, for oxycodone to clear the system, and I'd assume it would be the same for Dilaudid.
