Any fighter can knock anyone out, whether it will happen is up for debate.
I favor Khan in this fight because I think Khan is the real deal- I think Khan has better boxing ability, better power, and comparable hand speed to Malignaggi. I don't see Khan stopping Malignaggi though because Paulie has a good chin and a ton of heart- he went the distance with a prime Miguel Cotto and he had his cheekbone fractured in that fight, and the stoppage loss to Ricky Hatton was a horrible stoppage even though he was losing the fight lopsidedly. I wouldn't be surprised if Malignaggi outpointed Khan though because Paulie usually has trouble with boxers who are pressure fighters and come straight forward, meaning that he can't really fight that well on the inside and Khan is not really an inside fighter, he controls range, something that both fighters are good at. I don't really think this fight will be entertaining but I think Khan's superior lateral movement will win out against Malignaggi's sidestepping and Khan will win a close decision.

For some reason I see Malignaggi losing on points and no KO because he has pretty good ring generalship and a little better than average defense. I see it going the distance in a lopsided unanimous decision for Khan who has a better work rate and a little better than average punch power w/ no chin. I see Khan being the aggressor all nite while Malignaggi uses the ring to avoid being hit by pivoting and head movement.

My guess is that Khan will win only on points but the fight will not be as easy as many would think since Paulie could also be pesky and he is kinda of durable too, hard to put away for good. Both Cotto and Hatton tried very hard but they couldn't put the guy to sleep with their best sunday punch!

I would write a fight breakdown but I can't stop laughing......he's going to knock out Amir Khan this dude with 5 KO's. Paulie needs to stop it looking like MTV's Jersey Shore meets HBO boxing.

I want to see either one of those bums fight Tim Bradley or Devon Alexander.
Khan/Paulie is nothing.
