6 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoWhy is Manny Pacquiao on Golden Boy's Promotions list of fighters?
http://www.goldenboypromotions.com/fighters/mpacqu...
1) the forgot to remove it during the Top Rank - GBP battle at the courts?
2) Pacquiao's finally ditching Top Rank in order to fight better fighters?
4 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoOmar Chavez, brother of Cesar Chavez Jr. punched a guy to death.. how hard was that punch?
do you think it might happen again?
4 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoShould there be a tournament for the Jr. Welterweight division?
Ortiz, Maidana, Alexander, Bradley, Khan, malignaggi & Lamont Peterson are just some big names that can make a good tournament. What do you think?
3 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoIf Mosley wins the fight, how much credit does Naazim Richardson deserve?
the charismatic trainer for both Hopkins & Mosley has transformed Shane's career around. will a win against Mayweather propel him to win the trainer of the year award?
5 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoWill Mayweather look like a fool if he uses the "shoulder roll" against an experienced Mosley?
it has worked for him throughout his career but i think it might fail if he attempts it against someone who knows every trick in the book. But i'm sure many here have something different to say, so lets here it!
5 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoDo you think Mayweather has the chin to take Mosley's power punches?
yes he has good defensive work n thats why he never gets hit so much. But then again, he has never fought a power puncher like Mosley. Do you think he will fall if a few of Mosley's hooks get through?
13 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoWill the rematch clause in the Mayweather-Mosley contract have to take place immediately?
assume Mosley wins the fight, and triggers the clause in the contract regarding rematch, will it have to take place immediately or does Mosley have the right to say " im gonna fight Pacquiao first, then get back to you", or will he have to fight Mayweather again, then fight someone else. Can he buy-out the clause?
5 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoAm I right to say Lucian Bute is at best no. 4 among the current super middleweight?
Yes he has a perfect record and high KO rate but i think he needs more high profile fights under his belt to prove himself. The Miranda win was good but not to say he is the best in his weight class. I see Ward, Direll, Martinez (who recently moved up), and Kessler being better than him. I don't even think he'll get pass Pavlik. What do you think?
4 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoIs Victor Ortiz still a rising star? or a lost cause?
he has the skills to go far in boxing, and the physique to go up in weight. his decision to withdraw from the Maidana fight made some see him as a "quitter". he has bounced back well since and with an up-coming fight against Nate Campbell, do you see this kid coming back stronger and ultimately make it to the top of the P4P list?
6 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoCan Khan knock Malignaggi out? or get him on points?
pros- great speed, good footwork, good upper body movement
cons- low on power, glass jaw, average defense
can he knock an experienced fighter like malignaggi out & win the hearts on US fight fans? or will malignaggi out-point him?
6 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoShawn Porter, Saul Alvarez, Devon Alexander & Amir Khan.... who has the brighter future?
im siding with Devon but Khan is making a case for himself. Saul is slowly turning heads and Porter is still unproven. What do you guys think?
9 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoShould Ricky "*** Clown" Hatton fight again ?
money being the only reason why Ricky Fatton would even consider coming back. i just can't see him taking on any of the top boxers out there. Why the hell would he even consider fighting Khan? Khan would destroy him the same exact way pacquiao did, if not even faster. he could fight his brother, and pay him off so hatton could get the win.
6 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoEdwin Valero Wants Manny Pacquiao... Is He A Match?
after extending his stunning record, he is eyeing a shot against Pacman. He fights similarly if compared to an earlier manny pacquiao, but taking him on? i seriously think he needs more top draw fights to get in the ring with pacquiao. i'd like to see him against someone like Maidana who has a similar knockout ratio. another good opponent would be Devon Alexander... what do you think?
13 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoWould a Timothy Bradley Vs Joshua Clottey in September be a good bout?
I've been hearing a lot about Timothy Bradley and how he should get a shot against Pacquiao or Mayweather. Well why not prove yourself first and step in the ring against one of the best welters around. Clottey would provide real test for Bradley and prove if he is indeed as good as they say. Some other opponents for Bradley could be Ortiz, Maidana, Cotto, Berto or even Diaz...
4 AnswersBoxing1 decade agowould a budget of $200'000 be enough to buy & maintain a racehorse?
I have been building up an interest to buy a race horse. I fully understand that it is costly and difficult to buy and maintain one with cost from vet, trainer, stables, jockey, food, etc.. however, I have set aside a budget of 200k to buy and train a thoroughbred foal. How long would this amount last me? and when would need to start injecting some more cash?
