Excellent points. HIV and other viruses are totally natural, so how can they be bad? Nature obviously has a purpose for them. On the other hand, we can't even see viruses, so how do we even know they exist? Nobody has ever watched an HIV virus cause AIDS despite decades of knowledge about the disease. In the US we have access to the latest medicines and treatments for HIV/AIDS. The fact that HIV cases has gone up while death from AIDS has gone down is attributable to the miracle of modern medicine.
