If you want the names and the ticker symbols of the companies, you can simply go to the Wikipedia page. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_S%26P_500_com...
Otherwise, you can download the Excel spreadsheet from Standard & Poor's official site.

On the left, click "Index Constiuents". You need to register with the website if you haven't already.
